This is usually an issue with the internet browser your using (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.). You should be able to enable cookies by going into the settings of your browser and clicking an option to enable cookies. You could also try using the Analyzer in another browser, if you have more than one on your computer to see if it works better. If none of these options work or your still having trouble, feel free to call us at 1-800-999-1863 and one of our sales or IT representatives will walk you through the process so that you can start using the Food Storage Analyzer.
