"I wasn't too sure about these freeze-dried green peas, and I am definitely not a pea fan to begin with. I refuse to eat canned peas at all. However, I love to use frozen peas in casseroles and stews, and since we downsized to living in a travel trailer, freezer space is non-existent, making that impossible. This was a potential solution and it met the challenge and passed the mark.
All I do is add hot water and let them stand for about 15 minutes, then heat them in the microwave if I'm serving them as a side dish. I love them! This is definitely a keep-on-hand item."
