Low-Fat Sour Cream
2 Tbsp
Mango Chutney
1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice
1/4 Tbsp
Curry Powder
4 C
Freeze Dried Turkey
1 C
Freeze Dried Green Pepper
1 C
Freeze Dried Celery
1 C
Freeze Dried Pineapple
1 C
Freeze Dried Orange
1/2 C
Freeze Dried Green Onion
1 Tbsp
Emergency Essentials Honey
Head of Lettuce (or desired amount of rice)


1. Rehydrate turkey, green pepper, celery, pineapple, orange and green onion according to directions on cans; Drain excess water.

For Dressing:
1. In a small bowl, blend together reconstituted sour cream, chutney, lemon juice, reconstituted honey, and curry powder. Refrigerate until ready to use.

For Salad:
1. In a large bowl, combine turkey, green pepper, celery, pineapple, orange, and green onions.

2. Add dressing; Toss well to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
