I personally found the oats texture to be a little slimy making it hard to eat but once I put some fruit in there I had a much easier time. My husband who loves this type of breakfast food put a little butter on it and gobbled it right down. He loves the texture and the flavor. One serving was very filling and kept me full until lunch!"
