Remember the other day when Tropical Depression Two was forming in the Caribbean?
Well, NOAA just released an update today stating that Tropical Depression Two has now become
Tropical storm Barry. Since Tropical Depression Two moved its way up to the Bay of Campeche in Mexico, the depression strengthened turning it in to a Tropical storm.
Tropical Storm Barry is the second Tropical Storm of the 2013 Hurricane season.
