As the weather gets warmer and we start working our way towards summer, I can't help but get excited for salsa! Nothing says spring and summer to me quite like fresh, delicious salsa. But apparently you don't have to wait until summer and fresh vegetables to have a delicious salsa. Here is a recipe made by Grant. It is a delicious mango apricot salsa, made exclusively from food storage! You can also substitute fresh ingredients for any of the Freeze-Dried ones listed here:
Now I am not a huge apricot fan, but this salsa was delicious, sweet and tasty. Try it out, and let us know how it goes in the comments.
