Thanks for the tip. You can still access this preparedness guide online, digitally at this address http://viewer.zmags.com/publication/16e9a228#/16e9a228/ if you were not able to get a printed copy. We have not removed the article from our blog since so many people want to see it and this is how we can now allow them to do so. Since we printed this in partnership with a local newspaper and have a deal with them, we are not printing them in house. So we’ve left this link up to give everyone an alternative option to see the guide for those who would still like to read and learn from it. Again, sorry for this inconvenience. Please use the link above to access the preparedness guide.
Since you could not fill the initial orders and do not anticipate getting any more of them, it might be a good idea to remove this from your newsletter/website.
Thanks for your interest in our new guide. Yes, we do have a copy we can send you. Please contact our customer service team so that they can get it shipped out to you. Their number is
1-800-999-1863. They will be able to send it to you shortly.

Pleased for you that the response to this was so overwhelming, yet disappointed that my order wasn’t filled and that you don’t plan to get anymore. At the same time, grateful that you are going to send me a couple.
