Zucchini Corn Saute Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Clarified Butter
3 C
Freeze Dried Zucchini
1/2 C
Chopped Red Onion
1/8 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper
1 1/2 C
Freeze Dried Corn
1 C
Freeze Dried Tomato Chunks
1 tsp
Chopped Fresh Thyme or 1/2 tsp Diced Crushed Thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add zucchini, onion, and crushed red pepper; Cook, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

3. Season with salt and pepper.
