Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

Whole Wheat Flour
3 tsp
Baking Powder
1/3 C
Eggs (6 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 1/2 Cup Water)
3 C
Dehydrated Buttermilk Powder or Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk


1. Rehydrate Buttermilk (or milk) according to directions on can.

2. Mix all ingredients together with a wire whisk.

3. If dough is too thick, add 1/2 cup water (Buttermilk makes lighter pancakes).
