Whole Grain Granola Pancakes Recipe


1/2 C
Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 C
Low-Fat Granola
1 Tbsp
Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp
2 tsp
Baking Powder
Egg (2 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 3 Tbsp Water)
1 C
Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk
1 Tbsp
Dehydrated Butter Powder
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Powder


1. Combine flour, granola, salt, baking powder and cinnamon in mixing bowl, Set aside.

2. Mix egg and brown sugar until sugar dissolves. Add milk and vanilla. Stir. Add melted butter while stirring.

3. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and stir gently until blended. Let stand 3-5 minutes.

4. Ladle onto preheated non-stick skillet or griddle. Cook until lightly browned on each side, turning over once.

5. Top with syrup, freeze dried fruits, yogurt, granola or whipped cream.
