Wheat Thins Recipe
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Salt
1. Mix all ingredients until free of lumps.
2. Grease cookie sheets.
3. Spread 1/2 cup batter on entire sheet (use several sheets).
4. Season with celery, onion or garlic salt. (optional)
5. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
6. Remove and break up to chip-size pieces.
