Great for emergencies
My kids and I tried this bar out last night and I told them not to expect gourmet but instead a tolerable compressed cookie if you were hungry and had nothing else. My 8 yr old liked it and my teenage daughter expected better. I enjoyed this compressed cookie bar with a light vanilla flavor which does not overpower. Consistency is between compressed graham cracker pie crust and compressed butter cookie. Crumbled lightly when I cut into pieced with a knife. For what this is meant for its worth investing in. I appreciate the thick foil wrapper.

The Vanilla bar was great. Much better than the raspberry in my opinion. I bought the 9 pack so I need to try the rest and figure out which ones I want for my hiking bag. Thanks Emergency Essentials!

I've tried several of these bars and like the taste. My kids like them also.
