Zucchini Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Eggs
1 tsp
Vanilla
2 tsp
Baking Soda
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
2 C
Sugar
2 C
Freeze Dried Zucchini
1 tsp
Salt
3/4 C
Freeze Dried Raisins
1 C
Oil
2 C
Flour
1 tsp
Baking Powder
1 1/2 C
Nuts, Chopped
1 tsp
Nutmeg

PREPARATION

1. Mix sugar and oil; Blend in eggs and zucchini; Add salt. baking soda, flour, spice and flavorings.

2. Bake in 2 greased and floured 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pans.

3. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
