Wholegrain Waffles Recipe

Yield: 5 Waffles


Eggs (6 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 1/2 Cup Water)
4 1/2 Tbsp
Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
1/4 C
Clarified Butter
1 or 2 Tbsp
Brown Sugar
2 tsp
Baking Powder
1/2 tsp
1 C
Whole Wheat Flour
1 C
Soft Wheat or White Flour


1. Reconstitute eggs in 1/2 cup water. Beat well.

2. Add milk powder and stir.

3. Add remaining ingredients to egg and milk mixture, beating after each addition.

4. Pour into a lightly greased preheated waffle iron.

5. Bake until it stops steaming.
