Complete Instant Mashed Potatoes
1 C
Dehydrated Sour Cream Powder
1 C
Freeze Dried Cheddar Cheese
6 Slices
Cooked Bacon, Crumbled (Yoders)
1/4 C
Freeze Dried Onion

PREPARATION

1. Reconstitute potatoes, sour cream, cheeses and onions; Drain excess water.

2. Spread prepared potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole dish.

3. Top with sour cream, cheese, bacon and onions.

4. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
