Turkey Noodle Casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

3/4 lb
Cooked Noodles or Bowties, Drained (Dehydrated Egg Noodles)
2 C
Cooked Freeze Dried Turkey or Freeze Dried Chicken
1 C
Freeze Dried Chopped Onion
3/4 C
Diced Freeze Dried Green Peppers
2 C
Canned Cream Corn
3/4 C
Freeze Dried Cauliflower
3/4 C
Freeze Dried Broccoli
1/4 tsp
Dried Thyme
1 C
Dry Bread Crumbs
Pepper to taste
 

PREPARATION

1. Reconstitute turkey (or chicken)and freeze-dried vegetables; Drain excess water.

2. Preheat oven to 350°F, Lightly grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

3. Mix together noodles, turkey, onions, green peppers, corn, veggies, thyme and pepper. Place in baking dish; Top with bread crumbs.

4. Bake until hot and bubbly about 40 minutes.
