Roast Beef Potato Platter Recipe

INGREDIENTS

2 C
Freeze Dried Roast Beef
3/4 C
Freeze Dried Onion
2 C
Freeze Dried Potato Dices
1/2 C
Dehydrated Carrot
1 C
Water
1/2 C
Dehydrated Tomato Powder
1/4 C
Freeze Dried Green Pepper
1 Tbsp
Worchestershire Sauce
Dash
Salt
2 tsp
Beef Bouillon

PREPARATION

1. Make tomato sauce using tomato powder, following directions on can.

2. Place roast beef in 1-quart casserole dish.

3. Add onion and potatoes.

4. Mix water, tomato sauce, green pepper, worchestershire sauce, and salt in a separate bowl and pour over top.

5. Cover and bake 350°F for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
