Ingredients:Textured soy flour soybean oil, salt, autolyzed yeast extract, hydrolyzed corn protein, natural smoke flavoring, thiamine hydrochloride, dextrose, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate.
Directions:Add 2/3 cup chicken textured vegetable protein to 2/3 cup boiling water. Simmer until water is absorbed, about 10 – 15 minutes. Yields Apx. four servings.
Note: Care should be taken to handle rehydrated textured vegetable protein as you would fresh meat.

While both of these products are Textured Vegetable Protein based, they are different sizes. The Chicken Bites are large pieces (about the size of small to medium grapes), whereas the Chicken Bits are smaller (like bacon bits).
