Try these in your next meat loaf. I tossed them into a spaghetti sauce along with freeze dried zucchini, mushrooms, onion, and it is excellent. these have really good flavor.

Pick a peck of peppers
What a delightful addition to our pantry! The color is bright and the flavor is true 'bell peppery'. The small dices of pepper are simple to add to an omelet or pot of soup. A tasty and pretty supplement to any dish.
In an emergency situation it would be wonderful to have the nutrient-dense pepper to add to our diets as it's high in vitamins A & C and a variety of other desirable nutritional 'good guys.'
One caution: if you're sensitive to the nightshade family then this may not be for you.
This will go on my re-order list.
