Reviews

Easy!

Unemployed and eating out of food storage, we finally opened a can of these potatoes. They're fantastic! We did discover that we prefer soaking them longer than suggested. We put them in water for a few hours and then put the potatoes and water in a sealed jar. Two days later, still looking fresh, we dumped the jar in a pan, added some onions and dried green peppers, and browned it into the best home fries we've ever made.
