Directions: In a mixing bowl, add 2/3 cup milk or water to 2 cups Biscuit Mix and 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp baking powder. Stir with a spoon for 1-2 minutes (30-50 strokes). Dough will be lumpy. Turn dough out onto floured board and knead 15 seconds. Roll out, fold in half once, turn one quarter turn, and roll out to desired thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for 10-12 minutes. Yields 10 – 12 biscuits.
