Reviews

Dang it! Not my favorite

We eat a lot of peanut butter and I wanted to like this but that just wasn't to be. To me it tasted bitter and burnt. I realize that it may be my tastebuds because, clearly, from the other reviews, it tastes great to other people.

To salvage my purchase I've tried a variety of ways to prepare the powder and have finally settled on adding water, oil and maple syrup to it and that's how we'll prepare it until the can if finished.

{Response from Emergency Essentials: We appreciate you feedback on this product. During the dehydration process for the raw peanuts, some of the oils and fats are removed. To bring back the flavor of some brands of peanut butter, simply add some oil, salt, and sugar. By doing this, the flavor will be favorable and you will reap the benefit of creamy peanut butter.}
