Delicious breakfast option, read the label!
I give this product a full 5 stars because it is one of the only breakfast prepared meals that actually taste good and dont leave me feeling like crap after I eat them.
Please read the ingredients label though. This stuff contains a lot of preservatives and chemicals. I only use this for for rare occasions when I need a quick and easy meal before a long climb/backpack. Otherwise I would stick with making my own from OvaEasy and other FD ingredients that I can add myself without all the fillter, preservatives and crap.

I have tried the pouch and it was fantastic! I like Nicole's Suggestion of adding the cheese of your choice. In fact I like MH 3 FD cheese combo even better! Also a dash of Butter powder and my ever favorite Frank's Hot Sauce or your your fav hot sauce to top it off after serving!!! Also try adding a bit of garlic or onion salt to the water when boiling it.
Only one mild warning: Use the HOTTEST water to prepare and if it's not boiling add a few minutes more soaking time or you will be very unhappy with the "texture" when eating.

No more doubts! It's a winner!
I'm a big breakfast person and have read about the Breakfast Skillet for months now. Always a doubter would scratch my head and think it was to good to be true. Nothing is as good a scratch.
Well, I finally bought a can and it is delicious! I eat it plain, with Salsa or with cheese. Wrapped or unwrapped it is great.
I thought at first I had made a bad decision when I opened the can and saw the contents, but don't be deceived! I followed the directions a lack wit could follow I realized my fears were unfounded.
Thank you EE...my days of sitting in the drive thru for sausage burritos id over!
