Monterey-Cheddar Cheese Bread Recipe


2 Pkg
Buttermilk Biscuits
1 Cup
Shredded Colby Cheese (PP/FD)
1 Cup
Monterey Jack Cheese (PP/FD)
1 Cup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (PP/FD)
1 Can
Chopped Green Chilies (Drained)


1. Preheat oven to 350°F; coat 9x13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Separate the biscuit dough into 16 biscuits; cut each one into 6 pieces and place in large bowl.

3. Add cheeses and chilies; toss until well mixed

4. Spoon into baking dish and sprinkle with any cheese remaining in bowl.

5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

6. Let stand 10 minutes.
