Honey Banana Bread Recipe


1 tsp
Baking Powder
Eggs (4 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 6 Tbsp Water)
1/2 C
1/3 C
Dehydrated Margarine Powder
1 tsp
1 C
Freeze Dried Banana Slices, Mashed
1/2 C
Rolled Oats
1/2 tsp
1/2 C
Unbleached Flour
1 tsp
1/2 C
Chopped Walnuts
3/4 C
Whole Wheat Flour


1. Reconstitute banana's, drain excess water and then mash in a large bowl.

2. Cream honey and margarine in large mixing bowl until fluffy.

3. Add egg one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4. Combine dry ingredients.

5. Add alternatively with bananas, blending well.

6. Stir in walnuts.

7. Spoon into greaqsed loaf pan.

8. Bake at 325°F for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center of loaf comes out clean.

9. Cook completely before slicing.
