Ham and Potato Hash Recipe

INGREDIENTS

3 Tbsp
Butter or Clarified Butter
2 1/2 C
Freeze Dried Potato Dices
1/2 tsp
Dice Freeze Dried Onion
1 C
Diced, Cooked Freeze Dried Ham
1/4 tsp
Dried Thyme
1/4 C
Freeze Dried Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1. Reconstitute the ground beef, onions and cheddar cheese, draining the excess water.

2. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9" pie plate.

3. Spread beef and onion in pie plate; Sprinkle with salt and cheese.

4. Stir remaining ingredients until blended.

5. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

6. Cook 5 minutes.
