Chopped Freeze Dried Onion

Butter or Clarified Butter

Freeze Dried Potato Slices

Sliced Freeze Dried Celery

Freeze Dried Cauliflower

Diced Dehydrated Carrot

Freeze Dried Broccoli
1 C
1 tsp
Chicken Bouillon
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/2 C
2 C
Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk
1 Tbsp
1 C
Freeze Dried Cheddar Cheese


1. Reconstitute all vegetables according to directions on cans; Drain excess water.

2. Saute onion in butter.

3. Add vegetables, water, bouillon, salt and pepper.

4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.

4. Combine flour and milk until smooth; Stir into pan. Bring to a boil; Stir for 2 minutes.

5. Add cheese just before serving.
