Very excited to be able to have these on hand. Variety in a diet is key to mental health in an emergency.

I was tempted to title this review simply "Drool!!" because that's just how good these cherries are. Whether reconstituted or dry, they have a substantial, satisfying mouthfeel not present in other freeze-dried fruits, and the balance of tart and sweet it perfect. Sensational on unsweetened cereal like Cream of Wheat and delicious mixed into pancake batter (for that, I rehydrate them first). Not cheap, even on sale, but they're worth every penny. I just bought a case of the big cans, and am hoping to buy more.
