Cheesy Zucchini Saute Recipe


1/2 C
Freeze Dried Chopped Onion
1/4 C
3 C
Freeze Dried Zucchini
1/8 tsp
Garlic Powder
1 C
Freeze Dried Cheddar
1 C
Diced Fresh Tomatoes
2 Tbsp
Ripe Olives


1. Reconstitute onions, zucchini, tomatoes and cheddar cheese according to direction on can; Drain excess water.

2. In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until crisp-tender.

3. Stir in zucchini, salt, and garlic powder; Cook and stir until zucchini is crisp-tender.

4. Cover with tomato, cheese, and olives.

5. Cover and cook until cheese melts (about 5 minutes.)
