Cheesy Corn Bake Recipe


2 Tbsp
Butter or Clarified Butter
4 Tbsp
1/8 tsp
Garlic Powder
3/4 C
Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk
3/4 C
Freeze Dried Cheddar Cheese
1 (3 oz) Package
Cream Cheese, Cubed
3 1/2 C
Freeze Dried Corn
1/2 C
Freeze Dried Ham, Diced


1. Reconstitute ham, corn and cheese; Drain excess water.

2. In a large saucepan, melt margarine or butter.

3. Stir in flour and garlic powder.

4. Add milk and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat until melted.

5. Stir in corn and ham.

6. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart casserole dish.

7. Bake 350°F for 45 minutes.
