Directions: To rehydrate, add 1/2 cup boiling water to 3 tablespoons of dehydrated carrot slices. Cover and let sit for 15-20 minutes. (Alternatively, let sit for 1-2 hours in cold water). Drain excess water. Yields approximately 1/2 cup of carrot slices.
One of My Favorites
I love how these re-hydrate. They are just like sliced carrots. They go from this little this to a beautiful sliced carrot. The flavor is so good and fresh tasting. Just love these... Think stews, candied as a side dish, tossed into just about any meal after re-hydrating. EXCELLENT!

Great in soup!
I throw these carrots in soup or stew without rehydrating them. You can not tell that I did not slice them myself.
