Blueberry Cornmeal Pancakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 C
Flour
2 Tbsp
Cornmeal
1 Tbsp
Sugar
1 tsp
Baking Powder
1/2 tsp
Baking Soda
1/4 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
1
Beaten Egg
1 C
Dehydrated Buttermilk Powder
2 Tbsp
Oil
1 C
Freeze Dried Blueberries

PREPARATION

1. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

2. Combine egg, buttermilk, and oil in another bowl.

3. Add egg mixture to flour mixture all at once; Stir until moistened (Batter should be lumpy).

4. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook like normal pancakes.

5. Serve with blueberry syrup.
