Baked Oatmeal Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1/2 C
Oil or Clarified Butter
2
Beaten Eggs (4 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 6 Tbsp Water)
1 C
Brown Sugar
3 C
Dehydrated Regular Rolled Oats
2 tsp
Baking Powder
Pinch
Salt
1 C
Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk
1/3 C
Freeze Dried Raisins

PREPARATION

1. Mix oil (or butter), eggs, and sugar until well-blended.

2. Add remaining ingredients; Mix well.

3. Pour into buttered baking dish.

4. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.

Variations: Freeze Dried Fruits, Nuts, and/or Cinnamon.
