It's amazing that 320 gallons can fit into this small footprint container. Assembly and fill were easy. The instructions were easy to read and follow. It was a bit of a challenge to make the spouts line up pretty like in the diagrams, if that matters to anyone else. Very little effort and no leaks. I tore apart the palate that came with the delivery and made a wood slat base out of it.
I took off a star because, as others have mentioned, there are some plastic shavings inside. Rather than contaminate the inside with too much handling, I left the containers as is without rinsing. Yes, I left the shavings inside and didn’t clean the container myself rather than add MORE germs to the system by unnecessarily handing it. It’s made of an inert BPA free plastic, the shavings float on top, and the water is going to be sitting in the same plastic anyway, so I can’t imagine that it makes a difference.
Though it seems stable, it’s tall and narrow. If you have rambunctious children, keep in mind that 320 gallons of water weighs almost 2700 pounds.

Q: Can I put this tank in-line with my house water?
A: Because your house water is pressurized and the tank is not, you cannot run water back into your house without a pump. You can, however, put your tank "end-line" using standard 3/4" male hose-thread and connecting it to the utility connection on the upper front of the tank.
Q: Will my tank freeze over?
A: It is not common for the tanks to freeze all the way through. If frozen, find water through the center cap.
Q: Should I clean my tanks before filling? A: Tanks are sterilized prior to delivery through an extremely high-temperature molding process. Rinsing your tanks may be helpful but washing them prior to filling is not necessary. Vacuum drills are used in the manufacturing process to minimize plastic shavings inside your tanks. To remove any shavings that may have fallen in during assembly you may use a vacuum or simply fill as normal then scoop the shavings off the top. Plastic shavings are harmless and will float on top of your water. Chlorine, chlorine tablets, and other substances approved for treating water may be used upon filling your tank to kill bacteria that may have appeared during delivery.
