Turkey Frittata Sandwich Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1/4 C
Freeze Dried Onion
1/4 C
Freeze Dried Green Pepper, Minced
2 Tbsp
Clarified Butter
4
Eggs (8 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 1/2 C + 2 Tbsp Water)
1 C
Freeze Dried Turkey
2 Tbsp
Mustard
2 Tbsp
Mayonnaise
8 Slices
Bread, Toasted

PREPARATION

1. Preheat a 10" skillet on medium heat.

2. Saute onion and peppers in Clarified Butter until tender.

3. Whip eggs, then stir in turkey then add to skillet.

4. Reduce to medium-low heat and cook for a further 4-6 minutes or until firm. Cook until set.

5. Remove from skillet and cut into 4 pie-shaped wedges.

6. Mix mustard and mayonnaise together and spread on top, serve between toast.
