Strawberry Jam-in-a-Jiffy (Makes about six cups)

INGREDIENTS:

4 C
Strawberry Powder
4 1/2 C
Water
1
Package Cornaby's Jam ina Jiffy Low Sugar Instant Jam Mix

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix Strawberry Powder with water in a large mixing bowl, blending well.
  2. Add entire package of Jam in a Jiffy and stir with a wooden spoon until mixture is well combined and shiny—about one minute. If jam is thicker than you like, add a little more water.
  3. Let stand for one minute, then pour or ladle into clean containers, cover, and label. Jam may be refrigerated for up to three weeks or frozen for up to a year.

Note:

If you don’t want to make the entire recipe, simply halve or divide by four the amounts of each ingredient. This jam is low-sugar and tangy. If you want it to be sweeter, you may add sugar or corn syrup as you mix it, to suit your taste.
