Strawberry Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS

3 C
Flour
2 C
White Sugar
1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Baking Soda
4
Eggs (1/2 Cup Whole Egg Powder + 3/4 Cup Water)
1 1/4 C
Vegetable Oil
1 C
Chopped Pecans
2 1/2 C
Freeze Dried Strawberry Slices

PREPARATION

1. Reconstitute strawberries first, drain excess water.

2. Grease and flour 9" x 5" pan; Preheat oven to 350°F.

3. In a large bowl, sift together sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.

4. In a smaller bowl, beat eggs, and oil; Stir in pecans and strawberries.

5. Add egg mixture to sifted ingredients and stir until combined.

6. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

7. Let cool and serve.
