Refried Bean Soup Recipe

4 to 6 servings

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups
FD Refried Beans
2 cups
Vegetarian Chicken-flavored Broth
¼ cup
FD Chopped Onions
1 cup
FD Tomatoes
Small can
Diced Green Chiles (mild)




DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare refried beans according to directions on can.
  2. Prepare chicken-flavored broth at reduced strength—4 tablespoons mix to 2 cup of water.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook, stirring often, for about 10 minutes.
  4. If you want a thicker soup, add another half-cup of refried beans to the mixture and cook until the desired consistency is reached
