Marion Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
Crust Layer:
1 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
1 Cup Flour
3 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch Salt
Filling Layer:
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Boiling Water
3/4 Cup Sugar
3 Cup Freeze Dried Blackberries*

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.

Preparation
Crust.

Mix all crust layer ingredients together well and pour into 9"x 12" greased baking dish.

Filling:

1. Mix together all filling layer ingredients. Pour slowly into middle of cobbler batter.

2. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.

3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Variations:

For a variation, you can use any other fruit: fresh, frozen or freeze-dried.
