Potato Casserole

Ingredients
Potatoes:
3 Cup Freeze Dried Potato Dices*
1/2 Cup Sugar*
1/2 Cup Dehydrated Margarine Powder*
2 Eggs (Dehydrated Scrambled Egg Mix*/ Dehydrated Whole Egg*)
1/3 Cup Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk*
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Topping:
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
2 1/2 Tablespoon Dehydrated Margarine Powder*
1 Cup Chopped Pecans

*Reconstitute before using.
Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.

Preparation
Potatoes:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Combine potatoes, sugar, margarine, eggs, milk, and vanilla; Mix well.

3. Put in baking dish.

Topping:

1. Mix sugar, flour, margarine, and pecans.

2. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.

3. Bake for 25 minutes.

-Serves 8-10
