Ingredients
Preparation
Dough:
2 1/4          Cup Warm Water
2                Tbsp Yeast
6                Cup Indian Bread and Scone
                  Mix
Sauce:
1/4             Cup Tomato Powder
3/4             Cup Warm Water
1/8             Tsp Black Pepper
1/2             Tsp Italian Seasonings
1/2             Tsp Garlic Powder
Topping**:
1               Cup FD Green Bell Peppers*‡
1               Cup FD Ground Sausage*‡
2               Cup FD Shredded Mozzarella
                 Cheese
1/2            Cup FD Mushrooms*‡
1/2            Cup FD Onions*‡

1. Preheat oven to 425°F; Dissolve yeast in 2 1/4 cups warm water.

2. Add scone mix and knead until smooth and elastic; Cover and let rise 20 minutes.

3. Follow directions in cans to reconstitute green peppers, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and cheese. (Stir cheese while reconstituting to keep from clumping.)

4. In small mixing bowl combine ingredients for sauce; Mix until smooth.

5. After dough is ready, split in 2 equal parts to make 2 pizzas.

6. Press dough into greased cookie sheets or pizza pans.

7. Spread thin layer of sauce over dough. (Sauce is very flavorful, so spread thin.)

8. Sprinkle peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meat over sauce.

9. Place in oven for approximately 15 minutes.

10. Remove from oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top; Bake until melted.

*Reconstitute before using
