Great taste

This is yummy. I use if for fresh things like smoothies or quickly cooked things like pancakes. For baked goods I use the artificial vanilla. You do not have to use water to reconstitute it. You can use orange juice or any liquid that works well in your recipe.

No alcohol aftertaste!

This is so easy to use and flavorful. I have not tried it in baking yet. I added to warm milk with honey and it makes the best hot cereal. It is also good added to coffee or tea for a subtle flavor. There is no alcohol aftertaste like you have with the liquid stuff in the grocery stores.

Additional Info
Why is sugar an ingredient?
In order to turn liquid vanilla into powder it needs a carrier.  Sugar is a common carrier, powdered sugar works well as it is finer.  Because the vanilla by itself is HIGHLY concentrated, the carriers help deliver the concentrated vanilla to the consumer so that they are able to use house hold measurements such as the teaspoon.  If the concentrated vanilla were not blended with a "carrier" such as sugar the consumer would have to have a highly sophisticated scale that would weigh into grams and 10ths of grams just to make a batch of cookies.

For best flavor and nutrition, keep cans constantly stored at 70° or lower. Once opened, keep in air tight containers in dark cool places. To learn more about how long you can expect food to store see our Shelf Life Article.
