Great meat substitute
As a vegetarian for over 20 years it's difficult to find products to use as substitutes in things such as stuffed bell peppers, chili, stuffed cabbage rolls, etc. This is a great product and I even made fake chicken soup using this and believe it or not, it tasted very much like I recall actual chicken soup!
