This is the only milk I use.
I have been on Provident Pantry milk for many months now and I have not pruchased a gallon of milk from the store since starting on this milk and I don't plan on it either. I buy the superpails which last for several months.

I am already on my second bucket of this product and i really recommend this to anyone using dry milk. It taste wonderful, especially when you add just a small amount of dried cream to the mix. It is super easy to mix and when I mix it I am mixing a gallon and a half to make yogurt. It works wonderfully for Greek yogurt, I have never had a problem with the final outcome on my attempts. With the addition of just two tablespoons of dried cream to a quart of mild the calories add up to less than the non-fat milk in the cartons. I feel it is a win win solution to having milk always available.

Best nonfat I have ever had
I bought 21 #10 cans plus the pitcher. The pitcher is great. Love to use this milk with my granola, which also comes in a # 10 can! I actually prefer this milk to regular milk from the store.

Less filling. TASTES GREAT!!
Ooops...old commercial stuck in my brain. Seriously, the only difference I can taste between this and non-fat milk from my grocery store is that this has a slightly sweet taste. I've tried the instant milk on my grocery store shelves and it is barely tolerable...this stuff is awesome. (Note, do not try to drink it right after you mix it. It's not fully hydrated and just doesn't seem quite right. If you need it for morning cereal, make it before bedtime!)

I never run out of milk!
This is really quite good milk. I highly recommend that you buy the pitcher for mixing. It makes a half gallon of milk in just two minutes. Chill it over night and the taste is excellent. I never worry about running out of milk!
