My favorite breakfast!
This is my favorite thing I buy from Emergency Essentials. It's easy to make, lasts a long time after opening the can, is very healthy, and is super delicious! I eat this almost every morning for breakfast. This morning I put in honey, cinnamon, pecans, and craisins, and soy milk. YUM! I make sure I always have this in my food storage because I use it!

We add a scoop to our morning oatmeal for added flavor and nutrition. Sometimes we'll add some to our homemade bread.

Great Side Dish
This is also great as a side dish for lunch or dinner. Just omit the sweet stuff and put chicken, beef or some other type of gravy on it and some salt and pepper and it can take the place of rice or potatoes or your other regular starch side dish. Yum!

Great for multigrain bread
Good as a cereal, but I especially like this in multigrain bread. Excellent product.

My Favorite Breakfast!
The 9-grain cracked cereal is my favorite breakfast food. I prefer the cracked grains to the rolled ones. This mix is excellent and tastes great. Add a little brown sugar or some maple syrup and you have a tasty breakfast that's easy to prepare and very filling. I highly recommend including this in your food storage.
