As previously noted on the #10 cans of Hard White Wheat, I'm not a big eater of whole wheat products. I bought a can of Hard Red Wheat thinking it would be too strong of a flavor. I was wrong, it's delicious. It's nuttier and a big stronger than the Hard White wheat, but I really like it. The bread I made from this was superb, so much better than any wheat bread from the store. I just purchased 2 Superpails of it.
