I'm very impressed with these. It's so convenient to have a can of these in the cabinet. In soups and stews, you would never guess they were FD. They also hold a major plus for me over fresh onions. I have to use fresh onions in very small amounts. They can really wreak havoc with my stomach, and sometimes, I believe, they trigger my migraines. The FD onions don't cause either of those problems for me!

I love to cook with lots of onions, but I hate to do all the chopping and peeling it takes. Your dehydrated onions make it so much easier to cook! I'm impatiently waiting for my second order, but I guess I'm not the only person who loves the convenience of dehydrated foods. I'm sure the mushrooms will be delicious, too.

A little goes a long way
We were looking for lighter weight options for nutritious food to take when we hike the PCT from Mexico to Canada. We ordered the Onion Flakes and put some in our instant mashed potatoes and they are delicious. The Onions rehydrated almost instantly and tasted garden fresh. The flavor is terrific and it doesn't take very much to give any dish that wonderful onion flavor.

I am an onion lover, put them on/in everything. Other dried onions from the grocery store are tiny and bland. These freeze-dried onions are full of flavor and was surprised that a very little went a long way. They make a great substitute for "soup mix" packets with bouillon and don't have all the preservatives that go rancid. Great for making Soup in A Jar mixes for food storage.

Good Product Great Value
My wife and I have been using cut up frozen onion and we did not care for the dehydrated onion. But with so much trouble with power outages and trying to cut back on freezer use we tried your freeze dried white onion flakes and found them to be just as good as using fresh onions. Really great product

I hate dicing onions and my husband jokes that my onions have to be NVO (no visible onions). These are great because they meet both my requirements. I just throw a handful in when cooking (or more or less as needed). I don't have to dice and I get the great onion flavor without big chunks of onion.
