I ordered this vegetable combo a while back to try out some of the Provident Pantry freeze dried foods.
Since then, I've purchased many other products because of the taste and quality of this combo. I've found the vegetables in the combo are convenient to use in everyday cooking, and are also easy to store for an emergency, but since I use them regularly, I've needed to buy more for storage.
The corn was the first one I used up, and that didn't really take very long, I have tried it in mixed veggies, added it to chili and other recipes, and I've been quite happy with it.
I've found that I prefer to keep cans of these veggies in my kitchen, because I use them often. For example, I will hydrate a small amount of green peppers and onions, then saute them, throw in some eggs, and a short time later, a tasty breakfast is ready.
The peas, corn, broccoli, and green beans all work great for side dishes, or to add to soups and stews, and the like.
I've often added small amounts of these veggies to either ramen noodles or cup o' soup to add flavor, and they're a great addition.
Overall, I highly recommend this vegetable combo, as well as the dehydrated carrots, because they are easy to add to everyday recipes, as well as being easy to store and to use during an emergency.
