A Must Have
Pizza is a staple in my diet! So, cheese is a must have. You don't want to use warm water - it will melt the cheese into a glob. Let it sit in cool water for 5 minutes. Drain - very important. It melts like regular cheese. I bought a Papa Murphy pizza, took the cheese off one slice, reconstituted this cheese and used it on that piece. We couldn't tell the difference.

I am completely amazed at this cheese! I rehydrated it and put it on my homemade pizza and was thrilled to see it melt just as if it was freshly grated. Supper yummy too!

It really does melt!!
I was skeptical about this product so I ordered one can when it was on sale. I just can't do without cheese so I was very hopeful. I was amazed at how well the cheese rehydrated. It really does melt when heated! As long as you make sure you drain all the water out of it after rehydrating, it performs just like regular cheese. I liked it so much I bought three more cans!!!
