Directions: Bring one quart of water to a boil. Add ½ tablespoon of salt and, if desired, ½ tablespoon of oil. Water should be at a brisk boil before adding Egg Noodle Pasta. Add 1 ½ cups of Egg Noodle Pasta, stir gently to ensure quick wetting of noodle surfaces. When cooked to desired tenderness, quickly drain. If noodles will sit for a while before use, they should be blanched two to three times in cold water.
